Military aviation dominated the aircraft industry up until the mid-1920s, and it was during the late 1920s when civil aviation appeared and began to rise. Beginning in the mid-1920s, in order to sustain the existence of the aircraft industry, the U.S. government endorsed and subsidized airlines to carry airmail throughout the country, leading to the U.S. having the largest airmail system in the world.

We read only a couple sentence and chase the important concept of conflict of law. It a jurisdictional thing.
Jurisdiction draws its substance from international law, conflict of laws, constitutional law, and the powers of the executive and legislative branches of government to allocate resources to best serve the needs of society.

Conflict of laws
Conflict of laws (also called private international law) is the set of rules or laws a jurisdiction applies to a case, transaction, or other occurrence that has connections to more than one jurisdiction. This body of law deals with three broad topics: jurisdiction, rules regarding when it is appropriate for a court to hear such a case; foreign judgments, dealing with the rules by which a court in one jurisdiction mandates compliance with a ruling of a court in another jurisdiction; and choice of law, which addresses the question of which substantive laws will be applied in such a case. These issues can arise in any private-law context, but they are especially prevalent in contract law and tort law.

The revamped test won’t include questions on family law; estates and trusts, the Uniform Commercial Code; and conflict of laws. It will test aspiring attorneys in seven skills areas, including client counseling and advising; client relationships and management; legal research; legal writing; and negotiations.

The One Thing Biden Is Doing Exceptionally Well
A burning question looms over all this progress: Will Biden’s judges really matter if the Supreme Court retains its 6–3 conservative supermajority? The answer is yes, with a caveat. No doubt, SCOTUS will continue to implement the Republican Party’s agenda from the bench. It will hobble Biden’s presidency however it can and overturn liberal precedent at an eye-popping rate. But desegregating the judiciary, flooding it with talented minds from marginalized communities, has its own inherent value. It brings fresh perspectives and insights, even if they must be expressed in dissent, that bolster the court’s legitimacy in an increasingly diverse country.

New York Reduces Judgment Rate on Consumer Debts to 2%
For purposes of the rate limitation, the new law defines “consumer debt” as “any obligation or alleged obligation of any natural person to pay money arising out of a transaction in which the money, property, insurance or services which are the subject of the transaction are primarily for personal, family or household purposes, whether or not such obligation has been reduced to judgment, including, but not limited to, a consumer credit transaction, as defined in subdivision (f) of section one hundred five of this chapter.”
