Thoughts for the Foreclosure Warrior

“The world is made up of three things; oxygen, nitrogen, and bullshit.” W.C. Fields captured my opinion of many of those who offer guidance to clueless homeowners facing foreclosure and debtors surrounded by a tireless army of debt collectors.

On the other end of the spectrum is Marie Curie’s sagely quote. “Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less.”

With these posts, I call out the bull-shitters and praise the wise. My purpose is to simplify the complex world of foreclosure and debt collection by eliminating the legal clutter.

The goal is to heap disdain on the opinions and posts of others, who I believe peddle and spew false hope. Many of these info-peddlers want your money; others just want to be heard, even if it is to your detriment.

Some innocents mean well, simply parroting the errors they hear or read. These innocent legal theorists need a little redirection.

Others propagate Gordian Knots of legal-speak, allegedly requiring a comprehension of deep knowledge. When challenged, these legal soothsayers can’t fully explain their position, but know its true.

These legal entanglements will unravel with insight into the simple workings of mortgage loans and the legal process.

The goal of this site is to encourage and calm those facing foreclosure; gently correct the errant, and thrash the harmful. In other words I hope to traipse to and from across the ethereal space amidst W.C. Fields and Madam Curie.

Shall we embark, after all Marie Curie assured us that, “Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less.”
