They are defeated and utterly routed or they spring up in different areas with different narratives that constantly work at the essential foundations of the nation, until they bring it down and impose their will. A coalition of 46 states, D.C., and Guam sue Facebook for violating federal antitrust law by, among other things, purchasing Instagram and WhatsApp. But those happened years ago. Might these claims be barred by the equitable doctrine of laches? States: Nope, because we’re sovereigns, laches doesn’t apply. D.C. Circuit (https://www.cadc.uscourts.gov/internet/opinions.nsf/0/27502D3F8763DBE38525899E004D4FFB/$file/21-7078-1996718.pdf): You can be a “sovereign” to whom laches doesn’t apply, or you can be a “person” entitled to file antitrust lawsuits, but you can’t be both.

A Matter of Solvency

The advantage of state run gold, silver currency and digital currencies backed by gold and silver is that it’s constitutional (Article 1, Section 10 “No state shall…coin money; emit bills of credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts…”). I guess it’s okay for the feds to print useless fiat currency, but not the states. This means, however, that it would take a constitutional amendment to make it illegal.

But a parallel economy must go further. I can’t think of a single public and just as few private corporations that I want to spend my diminishing dollars with. I don’t want to support anyone who supports the mutilation of children too young to defend themselves from their wicked mothers and evil fathers who would go along with it.
