You are your values; you can’t fake them.
The courts are a sophisticated truth-testing-device. Refined like gold over centuries. You, too, are a truth-testing device; if you weigh the so-called facts. Actions and words must align. They are not mutually exclusive.
People are their values—they can’t fake them. So too when courts make rulings, without attributing the proper weight to certain facts before applying the law. Often, the courts expose their bias for political means.
What does blowing your horn have to do with the First Amendment and free speech? We examine some legal carnage, then compare another First Amendment ruling showing the wisdom and beauty of the judicial process.
And speaking of carnage, I offer another’s insight into the current plight of free Americans.
Spread throughout the program, I share valuable lessons learned from wise elders, i.e., be nobody’s fool.
Oh, and speaking of fools, we have another False Claims Act victory. Somebody made millions. They backed their claims with facts (truth)—unlike flat-Earthers and other myopic individuals.
Ruled by the Mad

I have no relationship with this system of government. There is no loyalty to the new regime. My faithfulness is to a set of principles, a guiding formula of what makes a nation economically and militarily strong; a formula that produces a great degree of individual freedom and relatively safe and comfortable life for my family. The formula is still there, proven and viable, but it’s being shunned by this regime, so I’m justified in completely shunning it. I know that in doing so, I’m only delaying the ultimate confrontation with the minions of its zeal, but that will come.

Horn-Honking and the First Amendment
The Ninth Circuit upheld this law earlier this month, against a challenge brought by a driver who wanted to honk her horn as an expression of support for political process. The court, in Porter v. Martinez (https://scholar.google.com/scholar_case?case=16904552852176507743) (opinion by Judge Michelle Friedland, joined by District Judge Edward Korman, with a dissent by Judge Marsha Berzon), generally reasoned that the law was a content-neutral restriction on expression, and is narrowly tailored to the substantial government interest in traffic safety: . . .

No First Amendment Problem with Temporarily Sealing Divorce Complaints Until Proof of Service Is Filed
The [Appellate] Court agrees with the State that Mich. Comp. L. § 552.6a(1) is narrowly tailored to preserve the higher value of protecting divorce plaintiffs subject to domestic violence or abuse. As the State points out, the statute applies only to divorce complaints. Under the statute, both defendants and their attorneys of record may obtain a copy of the complaint before the filing of a proof of service. Moreover, the restriction on the public applies only until the proof of service is filed. Mich. Comp. L. § 552.6a(1). Thus, the statute does not prejudice defendants or their attorneys in divorce proceedings. At bottom, the statute applies narrowly to allow divorce plaintiffs a temporary period of time to make arrangements to protect themselves from potential abuse….

SHH Holdings, LLC v. Allied World Specialty Ins. Co., No. 22-3283 (6th Cir. 2023)
A False Claims Act qui tam action was filed under seal against SHH and its nursing facilities, alleging that SHH provided unreasonable and unnecessary services to claim the highest possible Medicare reimbursement. Three co-relators also alleged that SHH retaliated against them for internally reporting fraudulent billing practices. SHH received a Department of Justice notification that it was the subject of a fraudulent claims investigation, requesting information about recent terminations of SHH employees, including the relators. It did not explicitly refer to the retaliation allegations.

The qui tam action was unsealed. SHH notified Allied and sought coverage for defense costs. Allied denied coverage. SHH sued. SHH later settled the relators’ retaliation claim ($2.2 million) and finalized a $10 million settlement for the claims-submissions violations.

Generational Time Bomb

. . . Why did the government pull out all stops to hide the true nature of the Kennedy assassination? Because too many men were familiar with the weapon Oswald supposedly used, too many had been in wars and knew the incredible stress one is under when they sight down the barrel at another human being, especially a president, and the idea of some guy, some average marksman, being able to get off that many rounds in that short of time as accurately as Oswald was supposed to have done, just didn’t wash. The Zapruder film only made that conclusion that much more difficult to believe.The truth, however, was there the whole time, waiting for when it could finally breathe free and point the finger in the right direction.

The truths they’re trying to hide now about physiology, pedophilia and gender will be the same. Unfortunately for some, the answer to who the culprit was won’t be the CIA, mafia or the FBI, it’ll be mom and dad. That’s a generational time bomb like no other.
