After Several Deaths, Feds to Close Violent Prison Unit in Illinois
Thomson was built in 2001 as an Illinois state prison, but sat empty for years until the Justice Department bought it. Lawmakers including U.S. Sens. Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth, both Illinois Democrats, cheered its opening as a way to bring hundreds of jobs and millions of dollars in revenue to the region. Both have since called for more oversight of the prison.

Another Capitol rioter pleads guilty
Prosecutors alleged Rodriguez and another California man, Edward Badalian, were part of a Telegram group chat called the “Patriots 45 MAGA Gang.” The indictment described the chat as “a platform to advocate violence against certain groups and individuals that either supported the 2020 presidential election results, supported what the group perceived as liberal, or communist ideologies, or held positions of authority in the government.”

Oregon bill aims to crack down on paramilitary activity
The proposed bill defines paramilitary activity and the specific acts that constitute a crime. A person must be “acting as part of a private paramilitary organization” and “armed with a firearm, explosive or other dangerous weapon” while interrupting governmental proceedings, engaging in public patrols, or intimidating another person, to name just a few activities the bill states are unlawful.
* * *BJ Soper, of Redmond, a founder of the Pacific Patriot Network involved in the refuge occupation in Harney County, submitted testimony opposing the legislation.
“This bill is not designed for the protection of the people, it is designed to protect the government from the people giving yet another avenue to abusive and subjective prosecution,” writes Soper. “To predetermine and make it a felony for people to come together to plan and train for common defense, like I said above, is the tool of a tyrant.”

Getting to Ground Truth on the Reach of Domestic Violent Extremist Groups Into the Military, Veteran, and Law Enforcement Communities
Top-down initiatives are undoubtedly important for countering DVE within the military, veteran, and law enforcement communities. But perhaps the most critical of our findings is the need for existing professional ethics to be reinforced by their members. Existing professional military education and law enforcement in-service training should provide opportunities to remind those who are currently serving of the oath they took to defend the Constitution and the nation.

The Enemy Within
It is not America that has become the enemy, but the illegitimate political structure that has been in place, waiting for the opportunity to hold a flag above their heads and claim that it now symbolizes the New Order. Well, it doesn’t. It still means what it has always meant and the good people of this nation need to quickly throw off this yoke of forcefully imposed totalitarianism and the best way to do that is to demand a rectification of the 2020 election, not to put anyone in power, but to make clear that it was fraudulent and that anything that has gone on since then has been to the damage and injury to the American people and the ideal of America itself.

All the patriot class have ever done is demand that the laws be obeyed, whether that’s at the border, or the laws against forced injections, or the laws keeping violent criminals behind bars, or the laws concerning riots and destruction of property. That they (our so-called leaders) have not obeyed any of these laws puts them on the side of criminality, have made them the enemy of the people.

A flat-Earther host on Revolution Radio, with so-called “proof and evidence,” takes a pass on making millions of dollars with a False Claims Act action.
Either he doesn’t want millions of dollars, or he doesn’t have the proof—contrary to his dogmatic and bombastic empty talk. Maybe he just doesn’t understand.
Bottom line; he doesn’t understand the premise of my challenge and offer to vindicate his position.
